All of our piano teachers are qualified and certified by internationally acclaimed music examination boards, music colleges and universities. We can even show you their certificates physically or digitally.

Our teachers have qualifications and certifications from ABRSM, Trinity College London, London College of Music, from Grade 8 to Associate to Fellowship Diploma levels.

They are also graduates of distinguished music colleges including NAFA, Lasalle College of The Arts, NUS Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, holding Bachelors, Masters, and even Doctorate Degrees from top music universities in Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, United Kingdom, USA.

We also have teachers who are accomplished professionals in the music industry, including concert pianists, pop pianists, church worship band leaders, music composers, arrangers, singer-song writers, music college lecturers, and adjudicators for music competitions.

And most importantly, our teachers are mainly local Singaporeans or Singapore PR who are based here for long term, not foreign teachers on short-term work passes.

We uphold our teachers to high professional standards

Till date, we have blacklisted 21 private piano teachers who we fail to adhere to our standards. (Some are still teaching in schools or privately too, so take note!)

We do this to ensure our students receive the top quality piano education they deserve.

We are not your typical piano agency in Singapore. We are also not the sales admin you see at school counters who just process your registration. 

We are music teachers ourselves who truly understand the needs of music students, and work with a vast pool of piano teachers in Singapore too. And we have met many parents and students who are struggling with questions like…

Hence, we organise our regular Happy Music Recitals so our students gain valuable performance experience, and showcase their music and passion in front of their loved ones in an encouraging environment.

And our students don’t just perform once a year. We hold performances every few months!

Every year, we welcome hundreds of passionate pianists and violinists from Singapore and other countries performing in classical or pop, solo or four hands categories, with their performances adjudicated by top local and international musicians and pedagogues.

Through the festival, performers also get the opportunity to perform on grander, renowned stages, such as the Esplanade Recital Studio!

Till date, our Happy Pianist teachers and students get priority booking and promotional rates for concerts by famous Crossover Pianist MAKSIM’s Asia Tour, Japan’s Piano duo DUOR, British Indonesian Concert Pianist George Harliono.

We also partnered with internationally-renowned music teachers, such as Mr Lawrence and Ms Isabelle from Muso Music Academy from Australia, with millions of followers on social media, to conduct masterclasses in Singapore.

These masterclasses gives our teachers and students new perspectives and insights how they can make music lessons engaging, enjoyable, and result-oriented.

Since then, we have expanded our catalogue with a variety of educational tools and merchandise that our happy pianists love.
