1. Do I need to print out the tickets?
Performers or audience members don’t need to print out the ticket. You only need to show your ticket in your email from your phone, or register using your ticket name at the registration counter on that day. The registration counter has a name list of Performers and Audience for each recital. 

2. What time should performers and audience members arrive at the recital hall?
Doors will open 15min before each recital timeslot. For example, the 3.00pm recital, doors will open at 2.45pm. Guests and performers to be seated by 3.00pm

3. Do performers have time to practice before the recital?
Once doors open, each pianist has 1 minute to trial on the grand piano on stage. Violinists can trial on stage for 1 minute too.

4. Can I take photos or videos of the performances?
There will be video recording of all the performances, but family and friends are welcome to take photos and videos of the performances from their seats too.

5. Will performers receive a certificate for their performances?
Yes. Certificate presentation and photo-taking will be done at the end of all performances.

6. What is the dress code?
Performers are advised to dress well and dress appropriately for their performance. Performers can dress in formal, or Christmas-themed attire. 

Male performers are preferred to wear collar shirt, long pants and covered shoes (no slippers, shorts or t-shirts). Female performers are preferred to wear dresses.

Audience can dress in formal or smart casual attire. 

7. How are the seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, free seating. Family members, performers, teachers can sit anywhere in the hall. Once the performer name is announced, the emcee will usher him/her up the stage. 

8. What is the sequence of the performance?
The name and sequence of the performers of each recital slot is listed below. Do check your name and ensure you are performing for the correct recital timeslot. 

9. Will there be a pedal extender?
Yes, pedal extender is available. Just inform us that day that you will need one and we will fix for you before you start your performance

10. Do you have a music stand?
Yes, we have music stands.

11. I’ll be playing duet on the piano. Is there a longer bench?
Yes, we have longer bench for duet playing.

12. Can I perform with scores?
Yes, you can decide to perform with or without scores.
